Your list only holds people who asked to be on it, and every broadcast arrives the way the law expects.

• Each email sign-up gets a link to confirm, and only confirmed addresses get your broadcasts.

• Broadcasts come from your site's name, end with your postal address and an unsubscribe link, and keep going until every email is out, however long the list.
• Opening an unsubscribe link no longer unsubscribes on its own, so email security scanners can't remove people by accident.
