One page website
A one page website puts everything a visitor needs on a single scrolling page: what you offer, why you, answers to common questions and one clear next step. On Liite you build it from blocks or lay it out freely on a canvas.
When one page is enough
A single page suits anything with one main offer and one action: a coach, a tradesperson, a local service, an event, a small product. Visitors scroll instead of hunting through menus, and you only have one page to keep up to date.
It's not the right shape if you publish articles often, sell dozens of products with checkout, or need separate pages for different services and locations.
The order that works
Most one-page sites follow the same path from top to bottom.
- A headline that says what you do and for whom
- One clear button, repeated near the bottom
- What you offer, in two to four short items
- Proof you can point to: past work, a short bio, reviews you collected
- An FAQ that answers price, location and how it works
- Contact details or a form
Blocks or a canvas
Blocks stack in a column and always look right on a phone. They're the quickest route and work on the Free plan.
A canvas lets you place text, images and buttons where you want, in full-width sections, and still collapses to a phone layout. Pick Design freely, then One-page site, to start from a laid-out page.
What it costs
A one-page site on Liite's Free plan costs nothing: one site, up to 15 blocks, at liite.co/yourname. Your own domain needs Pro, plus whatever your registrar charges for the domain. If you hire someone to build it, prices vary widely, so ask for a fixed quote.
A real example
The Coach template with a made-up coaching business: a book-a-call button, two offers and an FAQ, all on one page. Add a text block on how it works and a contact form at the end.

Questions
- What is a one-page website called?
- A single-page website, a one-pager, or a landing page when it's built around one campaign or offer.
- Is a one-page website bad for SEO?
- Not for a small business or a personal site. It can rank for your name and your main service. It's harder to rank for many different topics with one page, because each topic usually needs its own page.
- Can I start from a free one page website template?
- Yes. Any of Liite's 20 templates is a one-page site to start with, and the canvas has a one-page site starter. Templates open in the editor; they aren't HTML files to download.
