Order forms
T-shirt order form
List your shirts with their sizes, share one link, and let people order with their name, size and quantity. Orders land in one list you can export, and buyers pay you directly once you confirm.
What a shirt order form has to collect
Whether it's club kit, a family reunion or merch for a small run, a shirt order comes down to the same few answers. Get them in one place and you can hand a clean list to the printer.
- Who's ordering, with a phone number or an email
- Which shirt, in which size, and how many
- Delivery or pickup, and an address if you post them
- Anything to print per person, such as a name on the back
How to set it up with Liite
Start from the Shop template and turn its sample products into your shirts.
- Add each shirt as a product with a price and a photo, and its sizes as options (S, M, L, XL).
- Choose whether the form asks for a phone number, an email or either, and whether you deliver, offer pickup or both.
- Add up to 8 questions of your own: a text field for the name to print, or a choice of team.
- Write the "what happens next" text, such as how to pay and when you send the order to print.
- Publish and share the link in your group chat, or print the QR code on a poster.
Mixed sizes and bigger sizes
Each shirt takes one size per order. That suits club and team orders, where everyone orders their own. If one person orders for several people in different sizes, they can send one order per size or list the split in the note.
Every size shares the shirt's price. If 2XL and 3XL cost more, add them as their own product, such as "T-shirt, 2XL–3XL".
Getting the list to your printer
Orders arrive under Forms → Orders, each with a number, the items and the buyer's answers. Mark them Confirmed once paid, and export them as CSV to count sizes or send the list to the printer.
A real example
The Shop template, compiled by the same code that builds every Liite page, with its sample products swapped for shirts in sizes. The prices are sample prices; set your own.

Questions
- How do I make an order form for shirts?
- Sign up, start from the Shop template, add your shirts with their sizes as options, and choose what the form asks for. Publish it and share the link.
- Can I make a shirt order form with Google Forms instead?
- You can collect sizes with any form builder. A Liite page shows each shirt with a photo and price beside the form, adds up the total as people choose, and keeps orders in a list you can export.
- Can people pay when they order?
- No. Liite doesn't take payments and never asks for card details. Once you confirm an order, tell the buyer how to pay, for example by bank transfer or your own payment link.
- Can I ask for a name to print on each shirt?
- Yes. Add a text question to the order form, such as "Name on the back". You can add up to 8 questions of your own.
- How do I get the orders to my printer?
- Export the orders as CSV from Forms → Orders and send the file, or use it to count how many of each size you need.
