Order forms
Bakery order form
Put your bakes, prices and an order form on one page. Customers pick what they want, choose pickup or delivery and send you the order; you confirm it, and they pay you directly.
What a bakery order form needs
People ordering a cake or a box of buns want to see what you bake, what it costs and which flavours or sizes there are. You need to know who they are, how to reach them and whether they're collecting or want it delivered.
A form on its own only covers your half. Putting the order form under the bakes, with prices, means fewer messages asking what's available.
- Each bake with a price, a photo and a short description
- A choice of flavour or size, like Chocolate, Carrot or Vanilla
- A name and a phone number, so you can confirm
- Pickup at the shop or local delivery
- A note for anything else, like the message on the cake
How to make one with Liite
Start from the Bakery template. It's the example on this page, with sample bakes already in place.
- Replace the sample bakes with yours: name, price, photo, description, category and options.
- Choose what the form asks for: phone, email or either, an address if you deliver, and pickup or delivery.
- Add up to 8 questions of your own, such as a pickup day or the message to pipe on a cake.
- Write the "what happens next" text, for example how you take payment and how much notice you need.
- Publish, then share the link or print the page's QR code for the counter.
When an order comes in
Each order gets a number and appears under Forms โ Orders, priced from your published bakes rather than from the page. You get an email for each one unless you turn it off.
Open an order to see the items and the customer's answers, then call them, message them on WhatsApp or email them. Move it from New to Confirmed and Completed as you go. The customer gets a receipt page with the items, the total and your next steps.
Cakes that need notice
Nothing is final until you confirm it, so a last-minute cake order never commits you. Put your notice period in the bake's description ("Order two days ahead") and in the "what happens next" text, and mark a bake Sold out when you're fully booked.
A real example
The Bakery template as it comes, compiled by the same code that builds every Liite page: sample bakes with flavour options, pickup or local delivery, and a phone number to confirm. Swap in your own bakes and prices.

Questions
- How do I make a bakery order form?
- Sign up, pick the Bakery template, replace the sample bakes with your own and choose what the form asks for. Publish it and share the link or the QR code.
- Can I use a Google Form for bakery orders?
- You can collect answers with any form builder. A Liite page shows your bakes with photos and prices beside the form, adds up the total as people choose, and keeps orders in a list you can work through.
- Do customers pay when they order?
- No. Liite doesn't take payments and never asks for card details. You confirm the order, then tell the customer how to pay: cash on pickup, a bank transfer or your own payment link.
- Can customers choose a flavour or size?
- Yes. Give a bake options, like Chocolate, Carrot and Vanilla, and customers pick one when they order it. Options share the bake's price, so add a bigger size as its own product if it costs more.
- How do I stop orders when I'm fully booked?
- Mark a bake Sold out to stop orders for it, or turn Take orders off on the block to show your bakes as a plain list.
- Is it free?
- Yes, the Free plan includes the order form and a monthly number of orders. Pro and Business take more orders each month; the pricing section on the home page has the numbers.
