Guest WiFi QR code
Enter your guest network's name and password to get a QR code visitors scan to join, plus a sign to print. The card here leaves the password off, so people scan rather than copy it down.
Free, no sign-up. Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent to us or stored.

Give guests one page for everything
A Liite page for your café, office or rental can hold the WiFi details, your menu, house rules and a way to contact you. Print one QR code for the page and change what's on it any time.
Guest WiFi QR code: what to know
This page starts the WiFi QR code generator for this case. For every option and how to use it, see the WiFi QR code generator.
Use the guest network, not your main one
A Wi-Fi QR code carries the password as plain text. Anyone who scans it with a QR reader app can read it, and the card can be photographed. That's why it belongs on a guest network: if your router offers one, turn it on in the router's settings and make the code for that network, not the one your own computers and printers use.
Your phone can already show a QR code for a network you've joined, from Settings on Android or the Passwords app on iPhone. Make one here when you want a code to print and leave out, with a card around it.
Changing the guest password
The code holds the password itself, so it stops working the day you change it. Make a new code and swap the card at the same time. If you change the guest password often, print the date on the card's frame so staff know which version is current.
Questions
How do I create a QR code for guest WiFi?
Type the guest network's name exactly as phones show it, add its password and security type, then download the QR code or the printable card.
Is a guest WiFi QR code safe?
It's as safe as telling people the password, because that's what it does. Keep guests on a separate guest network so they can't reach your own devices.
Does the QR code expire?
No. It works until you change the network name or password, then you make a new one.
