RSVPs
A free event RSVP site
Put an RSVP form on your own event page: guests answer Going, Maybe or Can't go, bring plus-ones and answer your questions, and you get the guest list. It's free for up to 50 guests per event, plus-ones included.
What your guests do
They open your link, pick an answer, give their name and email, and answer anything you asked. No account and no app. The form works even with JavaScript turned off.
Each guest gets a confirmation email with calendar links and a private link to change their answer or cancel. People who are going, or said maybe, get a reminder about a day before.
What you get
RSVPs land under Forms → Guests. You see the counts for going, maybe, waitlist and can't go, with plus-ones included.
- Search, edit and remove guests, or add people who replied by text
- Move people up from the waitlist
- Export the list as CSV for the caterer or the venue
- An email for each RSVP, which you can turn off
- Check-in mode: the list as big buttons for the door, with undo
- On Pro and Business, message everyone going, going and maybe, or the waitlist too
Capacity, waitlist and deadline
Set a capacity and plus-ones count towards it. When it's full, new guests join a waitlist, or RSVPs close if you prefer. When someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist moves up and gets an email.
Add a deadline and the form closes on its own. You choose which answers to offer, so a wedding can ask only Going or Can't go.
What to ask on an RSVP form
You can add up to 8 questions of your own. Ask only what you'll use, because every extra question makes people stop.
- How many people are coming (the plus-ones field does this, up to 10)
- Dietary needs or allergies
- Whether they're bringing children
- Anything about access you should know
- A song request or a message for the hosts, if it's that kind of party

Questions
- What is an RSVP form?
- RSVP stands for the French "répondez s'il vous plaît", or "please reply". An RSVP form is where guests reply to an invitation: whether they're coming, how many people, and anything the host needs to know.
- How many guests can RSVP for free?
- Up to 50 per event on Free, 500 on Pro and 5,000 on Business. Plus-ones count towards the number.
- Can guests change their RSVP?
- Yes. The confirmation email has a private link where they can change their answer or cancel. If they cancel and you have a waitlist, the next person moves up.
- Can I take payments with RSVPs?
- No. Liite doesn't take payments, and RSVP questions can't ask for card details or passwords. If there's a fee, explain how to pay in the event text.
- Do guests need to download an app?
- No. The RSVP form is part of a web page, so it opens in any browser. Guests give a name and an email; they don't make an account.
