Make an event page

Open + New → Site → Event, give the event a name, a date and a place, and choose a new page or one you already have. Or add an Event + RSVP block to any page, including a canvas.

The block shows when and where (in the event's own time zone), map links, an online link if there is one (or only in the confirmation email), and Add to calendar links for Google, Outlook and Apple. Search engines get the details as structured data.

RSVPs

Guests answer Going, Maybe or Can't go (you choose which), with their name and email, plus up to 8 questions of your own. You can let them bring guests (up to 10), set a capacity (plus-ones count) and a deadline. When it's full, new guests join a waitlist, or RSVPs close if you prefer. The form works without JavaScript.

Every guest gets a confirmation email with calendar links and a private link to change their answer or cancel. When someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist moves up and gets an email. Guests who are going (or said maybe) get a reminder about a day before.

Questions can't ask for passwords or card details, and Liite doesn't sell tickets or take payments: "pay at the door" goes in your text.

Your guest list

RSVPs arrive under Forms → Guests: counts, search, edits, adding people by hand, moving people up from the waitlist, CSV export and an email for each RSVP (you can turn it off). Check-in mode turns the list into big buttons for the door.

On Pro and Business you can message your guests (everyone going, going and maybe, or the waitlist too); those emails count towards your monthly broadcast allowance.

An event can have up to 50 guests on Free, 500 on Pro and 5,000 on Business, plus-ones included.
