Google Form QR code generator
Paste your Google Form's responder link, ideally the short forms.gle one, and anyone who scans the code opens the form on their phone. Use it for sign-ups, feedback, surveys and attendance.
Free, no sign-up. Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent to us or stored.
At a glance
- Short link
- After you publish a form, Google Forms can copy a shortened responder link (tick "Shorten URL").

- Short link vs full link
- A forms.gle link (about 35 characters) makes a Version 4 code at level Q. A full docs.google.com/forms link (about 100 characters) needs Version 8, 49 × 49 modules. Worked out by this tool's encoder.

- Error correction
- Level Q restores about 25% of the code, a good choice for sheets that get handled, folded or taped to walls.

A QR code you can keep changing
The code above always opens the same thing. Every Liite page comes with its own QR code that counts scans, and you can change the page behind it any time without reprinting.
Google Form QR code generator: what to know
This page starts the QR code generator for this case. For every option and how to use it, see the QR code generator.
Get the right link
Use the responder link, not the editing link from your browser bar. In Google Forms, open Send or Share, copy the responder link and tick Shorten URL. Then open the link in a private window to check people can reach it without your account.
Attendance and feedback
For attendance, put the code on the door or the first slide and add a name field to the form. Each response is saved with a timestamp. For feedback, place the code where people finish: a table card, a receipt or the last slide.
If the form needs a Google sign-in (for example, limited to your school or company), people outside it can't open it. Check the form's settings first.
