Collections

Collections hold structured content such as a menu, a product list or posts. Find them under Sites → Collections in the dashboard. Each collection belongs to one site.

Define fields

Build a collection's fields in the schema builder: text, long text, rich text, number (with an optional unit like €), yes/no, date, image, file, URL, choice, a reference to another collection, and lists. You can download a collection's schema as JSON and upload it to another site.

Free has 1 collection and 50 items; Pro 3 and 500; Business 50 and 50,000.

Edit, publish, undo

• Every change saves itself as a draft. The live version only changes when you Publish.
• History keeps past versions; restore any of them.
• Schedule an item to publish later (Pro and up).
• Releases (Pro and up) bundle changes to several items, publish them together at a set time, and roll them back together.
• Leave comments on an item.
• Import and export items as CSV or JSON.

Show it on a page

Add a Collection list block (list, grid or menu layout). When you publish an item, pages that show it update by themselves. In the editor preview, click an item to open the field that holds it.
