Book order form
A book order form lets readers order a copy straight from you, with a dedication if they want one. Liite gives your book a page with a large cover, an order form that asks for an address, and every order in one list.
Selling copies yourself
Authors, small presses and zine makers often sell some copies directly: signed first editions, launch-night copies or a short print run. The Single product template gives your book a large photo, a description and an order form underneath.
Dedications and signed copies
Add "Signed" and "Signed and dedicated" as options, and a text question such as "Who should I sign it to?". Options share the book's price, so if a dedication costs extra, make it its own product.
Preorders
Take orders before the books arrive. Say so in the description and in the "what happens next" text, for example "Copies ship in March; we'll email a payment link when they do". Orders wait under Forms → Orders until you're ready, and you can export them as CSV for your mailing list or for labels.
Postage and formats
Liite doesn't calculate postage, and it doesn't take payments: include postage in the price, add a postage product, or quote it when you confirm, along with how to pay. For a paperback and a hardback at different prices, add both as products and switch the block to a list.

Questions
- How do I sell signed copies of my book?
- Start from the Single product template, add your book with "Signed" and "Signed and dedicated" as options, require an address, and ask who to sign it to. Confirm each order and send the buyer a way to pay.
- Can I take preorders?
- Yes. Orders are requests until you confirm them, so you can collect them before the books arrive and confirm when you're ready to post.
- Can I sell an ebook this way?
- Liite doesn't deliver files after payment. You could confirm the order and email the file yourself, but a platform with checkout and instant downloads suits ebooks better. See our guide to selling digital products.
- Does Liite work out postage?
- No. Include postage in the price, add it as a separate product, or quote it when you confirm the order.
