Share the file first
In Drive, open Share, change General access to Anyone with the link, and keep the role as Viewer unless you want people to edit. Copy the link and paste it above. A work or school account may block outside sharing; your admin controls that.
Keep the code working
The link points to one file. If you upload a new version as a separate file, the code still opens the old one. Use Drive's Manage versions option on the same file instead, so the link and the code stay the same.
Drive links are long, which is why this preset uses level L. If you'll print the code small or somewhere it may get scuffed, raise it to M or Q and print it a little bigger.
