Find your profile link
Open your profile in a browser and copy the address. It looks like linkedin.com/in/yourname. LinkedIn lets you edit the part after /in/ into a custom public URL, so do that first if yours ends in random characters: a shorter link makes a simpler code.
Check the link in a private browser window. If your profile is hidden from people who aren't signed in, they'll see a sign-in page instead.
On a CV or name badge
The logo option is off here because a CV or badge code is small, and a clean code scans more reliably at small sizes. Dark code on white is safest for office printers and event badges.
