Swap the placeholder for the real thing
Start a Liite page from a template, replace the sample text with your own words, and publish it at liite.co/yourname. No code and no lorem ipsum left behind.

This page starts the lorem ipsum generator for this case. For every option and how to use it, see the lorem ipsum generator.
Where placeholder lists help
Feature lists, pricing tiers, menus and slide bullets all look different with five short items than with one long paragraph. Short items show you the bullet spacing, the indent and where lines wrap.
Set the count to match your layout. Up to 100 items fit in one go.
Markdown and HTML
The plain output is already a Markdown list, so it works in README files, docs and most note apps. Plain paragraphs from this tool are valid Markdown too: CommonMark treats lines separated by a blank line as separate paragraphs.
For a web page, turn on the HTML option and paste the <ul> into your template.
Questions
How do I make a numbered list instead?
Copy the plain list and change each "- " to "1. ", "2. " and so on. In Markdown, an ordered list marker is a number followed by a full stop or a closing bracket. In HTML, change <ul> to <ol>.
Can I get lorem ipsum in Markdown?
Yes. Plain text from this tool is valid Markdown. Paragraphs are separated by a blank line, and list items start with "- ".
Why don't the items end with a full stop?
Bullet points are usually short phrases, so the items are written that way. If you want full sentences, switch to Sentences and put each one on its own line.
