Why turn off the classic opening
A grid of cards that all start "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet" looks tidier than real content ever will. Random openings make each card start differently, so you judge the layout as it will really look.
It also helps when you test search, sorting or truncation. Identical first lines hide bugs that different text would show.
Random, not secret
The words are picked with the browser's ordinary random function. That's fine for filler text. Don't use it to make passwords or codes: use a password generator instead.

Is the text different every time?
Yes. Each click on New text picks new words, sentence lengths and paragraph lengths.
Can I make random text that isn't Latin?
This tool only makes lorem ipsum. For English test text, Microsoft Word's =rand() inserts sample paragraphs about Word's own features.
