Cookie order form
Home bakers selling cookies usually bake in batches, so the order form should open before bake day and close when the batch is full. Liite lists your boxes with flavours and prices and can show the order form only during your order window.
Taking cookie orders in batches
If you bake on Fridays, you want orders from Monday to Wednesday and none after. Schedule the Products block to appear and disappear at set times, and the order form is only there while your window is open.
When a flavour runs out, switch it to Sold out. When the whole batch is full, mark every box Sold out or turn Take orders off until next week.
Boxes, mixes and dozens
Sell cookies the way you pack them. A box of 6 and a box of 12 are separate products, each with its own price. The flavour is an option on the box, so a buyer picks Chocolate chip or Double chocolate.
For a mixed box, add "Mixed" as an option, or ask which flavours they'd like in a question.
Custom decorated cookies
Decorated sets for birthdays, weddings or office parties need a few more answers. Add them as your own questions:
- The date of the event
- The theme and colours
- Names or words to pipe
- Individually wrapped or boxed together
- Allergies

Questions
- How do I make a cookie order form?
- Start from the Bakery template, replace the sample bakes with your cookie boxes and their flavours, and choose what the form asks for. Publish and share the link where your buyers already are.
- Can I close orders when I'm fully booked?
- Yes. Mark products Sold out, turn Take orders off, or schedule the block so the form disappears at the time your orders close.
- Can a buyer mix flavours in one box?
- Add a "Mixed" option to the box, or add a question asking which flavours they'd like. Every option shares the box's price.
- How do buyers pay for cookies?
- However you take payment today. Liite doesn't take payments; write your method, such as cash on pickup or a bank transfer, in the "what happens next" text.
