Gmail signature not showing
Check three things first: that your signature is set as the default for new emails and replies, that you're sending from the address it belongs to, and, in the Gmail app, whether a mobile signature is replacing it. If only the image is missing, its Google Drive sharing or its size is usually the cause.

Here are the fixes in order, most common first.
1. It isn't set as the default
A saved signature isn't always added. In Gmail on a computer, click Settings > See all settings, go to Signature, and choose your signature as the default for new emails and for replies. Click Save Changes.
To add it to one email, click Insert signature at the bottom of the compose window.
2. You're sending from another address
If you use Send mail as to send from more than one address, each address can have its own signature. Pick the address from the drop-down above the signature box and set its signature. If you don't see the drop-down, check the address is listed under Accounts and Import.
3. The Gmail app uses a mobile signature
The Gmail app can have its own mobile signature, used only for emails sent from the app. On iPhone, check Menu > Settings > Signature settings and whether Mobile Signature is on. With no mobile signature, Google says the app uses the one from your computer. See Gmail signature on mobile.
4. It's hidden behind three dots
In a sent email, Gmail separates the signature from the message with two dashes and may trim it. Scroll to the bottom of the message and click Show trimmed content.
5. Plain text mode is on
If Plain Text shows above the signature box, Gmail is in plain text mode and formatting won't show. Click Compose, open More options at the bottom right, and untick Plain text mode.
6. Formatting is broken
Sometimes Gmail doesn't display formatted text correctly. Select your signature in settings, click Remove formatting, then format it again. A very large signature image can cause the same problem.
7. The image is missing
Google's fixes for a signature image that won't show or upload:
- Google Drive images must be shared so anyone with the link can view them. If the file is deleted from Drive, it disappears from your signature.
- Use the recommended size: 70–100 pixels high by 300–400 pixels wide, and no more than 100 × 1,000.
- Delete and re-add the image, or try another method: web address (URL), My Drive or upload.
- Browser problems: clear the cache, allow cookies for mail.google.com, or try an incognito window or another browser.
Also remember the person you email may have images switched off. Put your name and details in text so the signature works without the picture.
Start with a clean signature
If you've tried everything, replace it. Fill in the generator below, press Copy signature, delete the old signature in Gmail, paste the new one and click Save Changes. Images are linked by their https address, so use a picture that's already public online; the tool doesn't host images.

Questions
Why isn't my signature showing up in my Gmail email?
Usually it isn't set as the default for new emails or replies, you're sending from an address with a different signature, or the Gmail app is using its mobile signature. In sent emails it may also be hidden behind three dots.
How do I make my signature appear on all emails in Gmail?
In Settings > See all settings > Signature, choose your signature as the default for new emails and for replies, then click Save Changes. Do the same for each Send mail as address.
Why can't I see my email signature?
In a sent email, Gmail may trim it behind three dots. Click Show trimmed content at the bottom of the message to see it.
Why isn't my email signature image showing up?
If the image is from Google Drive, its sharing must allow anyone with the link. If it was deleted from Drive, it won't show. Otherwise try deleting and re-adding it, or a different upload method.
