Email signature generator
Fill in your details, pick a layout and a colour, and copy a signature that keeps its formatting in Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Free, no sign-up. Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent to us or stored.
Link your signature to your page
One link in your signature can hold everything else: your work, your booking link, your socials and a contact card people can save. Make it a Liite page at liite.co/yourname.
How to use it
- Type your name and the details you want to show. Empty fields are left out.
- Pick a layout and an accent colour, and check the preview.
- Press Copy signature, then paste it into your mail app's signature settings.
Adding it to your mail app
Gmail: open Settings, then See all settings. Under General, find Signature, create a new one, paste into the box and save at the bottom of the page.
Outlook: in the new Outlook and Outlook on the web, go to Settings, Account, Signatures, paste into the editor and save. In classic Outlook for Windows, it's File, Options, Mail, Signatures.
Apple Mail: open Settings, then Signatures, pick your account, add a signature and paste. Untick "Always match my default message font" so your formatting stays as it is.
Why it's built from a table
Mail apps strip most modern web code. Outlook for Windows still draws email with a word processor engine, and Gmail removes style sheets. A signature made from a simple table with inline styles is the format all of them keep, so that's what this tool writes. There are no scripts, no tracking pixels and no fonts to download.
About the photo or logo
Signature photos have to be a link to an image that's already online, starting with https://. If you paste an image file into the signature box instead, many apps send it as an attachment on every email, or drop it when you reply. Use the image address of your profile photo, or the logo on your own website.
Keep it small and square. It's shown at 72 pixels wide, so a 144 × 144 image looks sharp on high-resolution screens.
Keep it short
A good signature answers who you are and how to reach you. Name, role, one phone number, one link. Put everything else on one page and link to it, so the signature stays tidy on a phone screen.
Questions
Is the email signature generator free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no "made with" link added to your signature.
Why does my signature look different after pasting?
Use Copy signature rather than selecting the preview yourself, and paste into the signature settings, not into a draft. In Apple Mail, turn off "Always match my default message font".
Why doesn't my photo show up?
It has to be an https link to an image that's publicly online. Some mail apps also hide images until the reader allows them.
Does it work on my phone's mail app?
The Gmail and Outlook apps use the signature you set on the web or desktop. On an iPhone, Mail has its own signature setting that only takes plain text.
Is my information stored?
No. The signature is put together in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us.
