Questions
Is this Outlook signature template free?
Yes. There's no sign-up and no "made with" link. It's made in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us.
Does it work in classic Outlook and Outlook for Mac?
Yes. It's a simple table with inline styles rather than modern web layout code, so Outlook's signature editors keep it. Paste it into the signature editor in new Outlook, classic Outlook, Outlook on the web or Outlook for Mac.
Can I get it as a Word file?
No. You copy the signature straight from this page into Outlook, so you don't need a Word file. You can also copy the HTML source shown under the preview.
Do I need to set it up again on my phone?
Yes. Outlook for iOS and Android have their own signature setting under Settings > Mail > Signature, so add a short version there.
