Event QR code generator
Paste the link to your event page or registration form, and guests open it by scanning the code on a poster, invitation or badge. The preset is set for posters: higher error correction and the largest download.
Free, no sign-up. Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent to us or stored.
At a glance
- Error correction
- Level Q restores about 25% of the code, useful on posters that get scuffed or partly covered.

- Short link
- Google Forms can give you a short forms.gle link. It makes a Version 4 code at level Q; the full link needs Version 8. Worked out by this tool's encoder.

- Quiet zone
- A QR code needs a clear margin four modules wide on every side. Our download has a two-module border, so leave extra white space around it in your layout.

A QR code you can keep changing
The code above always opens the same thing. Every Liite page comes with its own QR code that counts scans, and you can change the page behind it any time without reprinting.
Event QR code generator: what to know
This page starts the QR code generator for this case. For every option and how to use it, see the QR code generator.
One code, one job
Decide what the code does: register, see the schedule, or check in. A poster code usually links to the event page; a code at the door links to the check-in or sign-up form. Write that job next to the code, like "Scan to register".
Changing details later
Times and rooms change. Point the code at a page you can edit, rather than a PDF you'll replace, so printed posters stay right. Liite's event pages are one option. This static code doesn't count scans or check tickets.
Questions
Can I create a QR code for an event?
Yes. Paste your event page or form link above and download the code for your posters and invitations.
How do I make a registration QR code?
Make a sign-up form, for example in Google Forms, copy its responder link and paste it here.
How should I display a QR code at an event?
Large, at eye level, on a plain light background, with a line saying what it opens. Print it bigger the further away people stand.
