How to post a seamless carousel on Instagram
Split your design here and save the slides to your phone. In the Instagram app, tap Create, then Post, then Select multiple. Pick the slides in number order, slide 1 first. Instagram's help says you can drag a slide to change its place before you share, so check the order on the next screen.
When you tap a slide, Instagram lets you adjust its crop. Leave every slide as it is: if one moves, its edge no longer meets the next. All slides share one orientation (square, portrait or landscape), so pick the one that matches your slides and check the preview before you share. Add your caption and tap Share.
Designing a carousel that keeps people swiping
Design the whole strip as one canvas, 1080 pixels wide per slide. Let something cross each cut, like a line, a hand or a word that breaks off at the right edge, so people want to see the rest. Keep faces and small text away from the cuts.
The first slide is the one people see in the feed and on your profile, so make it work alone. This tool makes 2 to 10 slides at a time; Instagram takes up to 20, so split a longer design in two parts and add both sets in order.
