Hashtag generator

Describe your post, add your niche if you like, and pick a platform. You get hashtags in three groups, broad, niche and specific, already cleaned and cut to a sensible number.

Free, no sign-up. Your answers go to an AI model to write the result. We don't store them.

Give the people who find you somewhere to go

Hashtags bring new people to your profile. A Liite page at liite.co/yourname gives them all your links in one place, with cookie-free counts of views and clicks.

How to use it

  1. Describe your post in a sentence or two: what it shows and who it's for.
  2. Add your niche if you have one, and pick the platform you're posting on.
  3. Press Generate, then copy all the hashtags or just one group.

Three groups, and why

Broad hashtags, like #travel or #food, have huge audiences but your post sinks in them within minutes. Niche hashtags, like #solotravelwomen or #sourdoughbaking, reach a smaller group that cares more about the topic. Specific hashtags name the place, product, event or style in your post, and are where people searching for exactly that will find you.

A good set mixes all three, with most of the weight on niche and specific. The groups make it easy to keep that balance, or to copy only the ones you want.

How many hashtags to use on each platform

Instagram allows up to 30 hashtags on a post, but the common advice now is a handful of relevant ones rather than the full 30. On X, one or two is plenty. LinkedIn works best with three to five, and TikTok with three to six. YouTube accepts up to 15, and the first three show above the video's title.

The generator keeps to these numbers for the platform you pick. It also cleans every tag: no spaces, no punctuation and no duplicates, so each one works when you paste it.

Check before you post

The hashtags are written by AI from your description, so read them before you use them. A tag can mean something different from what you'd guess, be dominated by spam, or be restricted by the platform, in which case using it can hide your post. Tap a tag in the app and look at its recent posts: if they match your post and look like real people, it's a good fit.

Skip tags that only ask for likes or follows. They rarely reach the people you want and can make an account look spammy. A few tags that describe your post honestly do more than a long list of popular ones.

How free it is

You get 5 free runs a day without an account, and 20 a day when you're signed in to Liite. After that, signed-in runs use one AI credit each from your plan. What you type is sent to the model to write the hashtags and isn't stored.

Questions

Is the hashtag generator free?

Yes. You get 5 runs a day without signing up, and 20 a day with a free Liite account.

Who picks the hashtags?

An AI model, from the description you give it. Check each tag in the app before you use it, since some may be spammy or restricted.

How many hashtags should I use on Instagram?

Instagram allows 30, but a handful of relevant ones is the usual advice now. The generator keeps to a small set.

Can I copy just the niche hashtags?

Yes. Each group has its own copy button, and there's one to copy them all.

Do you keep what I type?

No. Your description is sent to the model to write the hashtags, then it's gone. We don't store your inputs or the results.
