Media kit generator

Fill in your numbers, your audience and your rates. You get a clean one-page media kit to attach to an email or a DM, as a PDF or a PNG.

Free, no sign-up. Runs in your browser. Nothing you type or upload is sent to us or stored.

Put your media kit on your page

A PDF gets lost in an inbox. A Liite page at liite.co/yourname shows brands your links, your work and how to reach you, and you can update it any time without sending a new file.

Make your free page

How to use it

  1. Add your name, handle, niche and a short bio, and a photo if you like.
  2. Enter your followers, average views and engagement rate for each platform.
  3. Add your audience, your rates and the brands you've worked with, then download the PDF or PNG.

What a media kit is for

A media kit is the one page a brand looks at before deciding to work with you. It answers three questions quickly: how many people you reach, who those people are, and what it costs. Keep it to one page so it can be read in under a minute.

Send it when a brand asks for your rates, attach it to a pitch email, or link it from your bio. A PDF keeps its layout everywhere; a PNG is easier to share in a DM.

Which numbers to include

Followers on their own say little, so add average views and an engagement rate per platform. Use your own analytics from the last 30 or 90 days and say which period you used if a brand asks. Rounded numbers (48.2K rather than 48,213) read faster and are just as honest.

For your audience, the top countries, the main age range and the gender split are what most brands look for. Copy them from Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics or YouTube Studio.

Setting your rates

List a few clear packages rather than every possible format: one feed post, a short video, a story set, a bundle. Leave a price empty if you'd rather quote each brand separately; the kit says "On request". Update your rates as your reach grows, and keep usage rights and exclusivity as separate extras you agree per deal.

Your data stays with you

The kit is made in your browser. Your details are saved in this browser so you can come back and update them; your photo isn't saved and nothing is sent to us.

Questions

Is this media kit generator free?

Yes. There's no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many kits you make or download.

Can I edit my media kit later?

Yes. Your details are kept in this browser, so open the page again, change what you need and download a new copy. Your photo has to be added again each time.

Should I send a PDF or a PNG?

Send the PDF by email: the text stays sharp and can be copied. Use the PNG in DMs or anywhere a PDF is awkward to open.

Why are some characters missing from my PDF?

The PDF uses a standard font that covers Latin letters and common symbols. Emoji are left out, and some currency signs are written as letters (₹ becomes Rs.). The PNG shows everything as you typed it.

How do I work out my engagement rate?

Add up likes, comments, shares and saves over your recent posts and divide by your followers and the number of posts. The engagement rate calculator on Liite does it for you.
