How to change it

Questions
How do I bill extra revisions?
Say in each deliverable how many rounds of changes were included. Bill anything beyond that on its own line, by the hour or per round, at the rate you agreed.
When should I send the final design files?
Many designers send the final files once the invoice is paid, and say so on the invoice. Agree it in your proposal first so it isn't a surprise.
Can I change the currency?
