Good messages to pre-fill
Keep it short and in your customer's words: "Hi, I'd like to book a table for Saturday" or "Hi, is the blue jacket still available?". A first line that says what they want saves you a round of questions.
Use a different message in each place you share the link. A chat that opens with "Hi, I saw your flyer" tells you where that person came from, without any tracking.
Questions
Does the message send by itself?
No. Telegram puts it in the message box and the person can change it or delete it before they tap send.
Can I add a message to a channel link?
No. Only admins can post in a channel, so there's no message box to fill. The tool hides the message field when you choose Channel.
